TRANSPORTATION

UBERS AND CARS

Ubers are readily available from Union Station, Reagan National Airport, and Dulles International Airport, as well as from any other hotel downtown.
In the event that you would like to rent a car, both airport options have nearby car rentals.

Rehearsal dinner venue is a 4 minute walk from the Willard, and all day-of wedding events will be onsite at The Willard and require no additional transport.

Museums + Monuments

Key monuments to check out include the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial, and the National Mall.

Museums we recommend include the Natural History Museum, National Portrait Gallery, The Phillips Collection, National Geographic Museum and the African American History Museum.

Georgetown

Head to Georgetown for shopping and lunch! On M Street and Wisconsin Avenue, you will find all of the fun stores, and for lunch, hit Osteria Mozza, Kafe Leopold, Pizza Paradiso, Tatte, or Yellow!

Union Market

Union Market is one of the foodie destinations of DC. Check out the many local food vendors inside of Union Market, and walk the surrounding neighborhood to shop local stores like Salt and Sundry, Shelter Jewelry, and Politics and Prose Books.
